association loi 1901 reconnue d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et association d\u2019usagers par le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9. N\u00e9e en 2004 \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de Charlotte Bouvard, elle-m\u00eame maman d\u2019un gar\u00e7on n\u00e9 pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment, SOS Pr\u00e9ma a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour donner \u00e0 tous les enfants pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s les meilleures chances de bien grandir. Avec la Charte du Nouveau-n\u00e9 hospitalis\u00e9, elle agit pour le Z\u00e9ro S\u00e9paration Parents-b\u00e9b\u00e9s et d\u00e9finit les besoins des b\u00e9b\u00e9s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s pour leur d\u00e9veloppement optimal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <br>L\u2019association est aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des parents pour les \u00e9couter, les conseiller et les aider \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre leurs droits (pr\u00e8s d\u20191.000.000 de familles aid\u00e9es, depuis 2004). En parall\u00e8le, elle travaille avec les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales et porte la voix des parents aupr\u00e8s des pouvoirs publics. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son expertise de pr\u00e8s de 20 ann\u00e9es sur le terrain, SOS Pr\u00e9ma est devenue un acteur incontournable du paysage social de notre pays et un r\u00e9seau national de solidarit\u00e9 qui fait avancer la prise en charge de la pr\u00e9maturit\u00e9 et des nouveau-n\u00e9s les plus vuln\u00e9rables, en d\u00e9non\u00e7ant les failles et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s
